Erica received her Masters in Communication Disorders from Radford University and has worked in schools and private therapy since 2012.  She  enjoys working in a variety of settings to see children with a wide range of abilities.  Her upbeat personality and flexibility within sessions allows her to cater each therapy  activity to the child's needs and interests while addressing multiple  goals and guiding family involvement and carryover.
